Customer Supply Agreement

This Customer Supply Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which Grass Roots Gas & Go supplies bottled gas to its customers.
By purchasing, collecting, or accepting delivery of gas from us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Parties
Supplier:
Grass Roots Gas & Go, operating from Grass Roots Campsite
Customer:
The individual or business purchasing or receiving bottled gas from Grass Roots Gas & Go
2. Scope of Agreement
This Agreement applies to the sale, collection, and delivery of Flogas propane and butane cylinders in all sizes, supplied by Grass Roots Gas & Go.
All cylinders remain the property of Flogas and are supplied under Flogas cylinder use agreements.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed in person, by phone, message, or email.
All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where supply is unavailable or safety requirements cannot be met.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices will be confirmed at the time of order or displayed at point of sale.
Prices may change without notice due to supplier price changes.
Payment is required at or before collection or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and bank transfer.
5. Collection
Where gas is collected:
The customer is responsible for safe and legal transport of cylinders if collecting.
We reserve the right to refuse supply if transport arrangements are deemed unsafe.
6. Delivery
Where delivery is arranged:
Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Someone must be present to accept delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Failed deliveries may still incur a delivery charge.
Risk transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed.
7. Safety Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
Store cylinders upright in a well ventilated area
Keep cylinders away from heat sources and ignition
Use appropriate regulators and approved equipment
Follow all manufacturer and safety guidance
Grass Roots Gas & Go accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury caused by misuse, incorrect storage, or handling after supply.
8. Faulty or Damaged Cylinders
Cylinders must be checked at the time of collection or delivery.
Any faults or damage must be reported immediately.
Cylinders deemed faulty will be replaced in accordance with Flogas procedures.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of bottled gas, cylinders are non refundable once supplied, unless faulty at the point of supply.
Cylinder deposits and refunds are governed by Flogas terms.
10. Liability
Grass Roots Gas & Go shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss arising from customer misuse or negligence
Delays or failures caused by supplier issues, weather, or events beyond our control
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate supply immediately where:
Payment terms are breached
Safety concerns arise
The customer behaves abusively or unreasonably
This Agreement is breached
Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
12. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance
By purchasing, collecting, or accepting delivery of bottled gas from Grass Roots Gas & Go, the customer confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
